NALLEY BRUNSWICK “TWO HOT FOR SUMMER” SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Nalley Brunswick Automobiles, Inc. located in Brunswick Georgia is conducting a Sweepstakes, titled “Two Hot for Summer” from May 15, 2010 until July 30, 2010. There are two grand prizes and there will be two drawings held on July 31, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Nalley Brunswick, 178 Altama Connector, Brunswick GA 31525. Winning vehicles are: a 2010 Honda Civic LX, stock #H1976, Model # and a 2010 GMC Sierra Regular Cab, stock #, Model #. Nalley Brunswick Automobiles reserves the right to make substitutions of same model vehicle, if necessary. One drawing will be held for the Honda Civic prize and a second drawing will be held for the GMC Sierra prize.

Winner must be present to win. No purchase necessary. Winner must be 18 years or older. Employees, members and immediate family members of Nalley Brunswick Automobiles, parent companies and their affiliates/agencies are not eligible to win. Participants can enter at the dealership by taking a test drive and completely filling out an entry blank at the dealership. Customers who purchase any vehicle, new or used, at Nalley Brunswick will gain an automatic second entry. Service customers who spend $200 in any one service visit will also gain an automatic second entry. Limit one entry per person for the test drive entry. Winner will be announced on the air with participating radio stations. Winner will be subject to radio interview and photograph for newspaper purposes, and by accepting ownership of vehicle, consents to publicity. Winner responsible for tax, tag, title and fees plus any prize related federal taxes (Form 1099 will be provided). Void where prohibited. No cash option available. Participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Nalley Brunswick Automobiles, Inc., participating radio stations, radio programs, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, against any claim, liability or expense arising from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize.
